Spending Christmas at this hostel was the best! The location was amazing - we were so close to all the best street food spots and even a beautiful park. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always happy to offer suggestions on what to see or do. The facilities were also top-notch, with a free coffee and tea station and even a pool table! But the absolute best thing was the free daily cleaning service and daily sheet changes - it felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel.
The only thing we didn't love about the hostel was the mattress - it was quite hard and definitely took some getting used to. But honestly, with everything else the hostel had to offer, it was a minor inconvenience.

The hostel had a great location, just a few minutes' walk from a train station and close to a convenience store and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering us good advice on local attractions and events. the rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily, with fresh bed linens and towels provided. We especially enjoyed the free coffee, tea, and snacks available in the common area, which was a nice touch.
The location was a double-edged sword, as the hostel was situated in a quieter area of the city with little nightlife or restaurants nearby. This meant that evenings at the hostel could be a bit dull, with not much to do other than relax in the common area or in our own room.

We were pleasantly surprised by Express Hostel. Despite our initial mix-up thinking it was a hotel, we decided to stay. The private room and bathroom were extremely clean and quiet. The staff, especially the two young girls at reception, were helpful and kind. The basic facilities exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we even booked another hostel in Krabi with comparable amenities. Mastering the skytrain was made easy thanks to the staff's guidance. I highly recommend this hostel for its great location, fantastic staff, and comfortable accommodations.
